Chipping Before Lesson

Chipping practice before lesson.

  1. Landing zone.
    Really picking a place to land and then focusing on that spot.
    All of a sudden you don’t have to hit the ball so far when you only need to go to the landing point :thinking:

  2. That makes the swing shorter and can get punchier.
    More committed to a landing zone and can play with it. More fun.

  3. Sliding the club.
    Not hacking to the floor sliding the bounce under the ball. Nice clean hits.

  4. Distance dictated by swing length.
    Tempo to landing zone is now dictated by how far I swing. Much easier to control.
