Recovery Time - Thoughts

Keeping an eye on my recovery time.
Not in golf but life.
What am I doing that is slowing me down and making me lose motivation for a day.

Specifically booze. How many beers can spoil sleep and hurt the next days work.

Interesting. This also includes junk food.

Messing with hydration and sleep is going to mess anyone up.
